OSP WorldWide Return Policy:
No matter which online platform your OSP WorldWide purchase was made, OSP WorldWide will manage the entire return and refund process directly.
If you did not purchase directly from https://ospww.com and/or do not have a OSP WorldWide account through our website, please email us or call us toll-free at 1-800-416-8900.
If you need to return an item that you purchased on our website and you have created a online account with Flagship Technologies, simply login to your OSP WorldWide account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You may return most non-working, defective or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of delivery for either exchange or a full refund.
The buyer pays the return shipping costs and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee for the following return reasons:

Changed mind
Doesn’t fit
No longer needed
Ordered wrong item
You should expect to receive your refund or OSP WorldWide store credit within three business days after we receive your return. Please allow 1-7 business days when shipping returns to us via FedEx or UPS ground service
